Holiday Party Q4 2010

3rd December 2010, Friday. Today is a special day for my department over here. They were having a Holiday Party event over here. It’s actually a team building event that every department have to do it quarterly.

十二月三日，星期五。今天是個很特別的日子，因為我在這裡工作的部門在今天有個所謂的“假期派對”。其實那是三個月一次的團隊節目，每個部門差不多每三個月都會有這樣的活動來促進部門之間團員的合作關係。

這個的派對在下午十二點就開始了，首先的節目就是吃！我們在公司的其中一個大房間裡享用了簡單的午餐，然後就開始了那天的遊戲。一共有四組。每一組大概是六到七個人。進行了四個遊戲，每一個遊戲都蠻好玩的，可能這裡的人都蠻主動和配合吧，氣氛蠻輕鬆的。我是屬於第三組別的，我們的組名叫做“雪花”，其他的組有“閃電”，“打雷”和“踢屁股”（Kick Ass，哈哈哈）從名字來看，就可以預測我們的組應該不會贏了。而事實就是如此，我們拿到了“第四”。。。

The party started from 12pm till 5pm. It started with the lunch in the JFCC room, which is quite new after renovation. Then we were split into 4 groups for some games. The games were actually quite nice. Fun and easy. 🙂 I was in Group 3. They came up with the group name: “Snow Flakes” Well, the other 3 groups namely Thunder, Lightning, and Kiss Ass. By seeing their name, you can actually predicts the results of the games. Yea, “Lightning” got the champion, and we got the “4th place” in the game. =.=

不過，整個的派對的確蠻好玩的，我也從派對中學習了新的遊戲，哈哈，以後就可以用了。在過後，我們還有幸運抽獎。其實每個人都會有獎品，再加上幸運抽獎，真的是人人都有禮物拿。哈哈，雖然我沒有拿到大份的禮物，不過有這些也算不錯哦，嘻嘻。

Anyway, it was a nice experience having fun with the people over here. They’re sporting, humorous and supporting. And, after the game we got “Raffle”, or what we normally call Lucky Draw. So, these are the things I got for being “4th Place” in the game: Jelly Belly, and also Chocolates from the Raffle. I like the Jelly Belly’s packaging, really nice! 🙂
