Lemon Butter Cake

26th February, Saturday. Initially wanted to try baking a chocolate cake, but found this lemon butter cake recipe, which seems to be quite nice. So, I tried this out instead.

二月二十六日，星期六。今天本來是要嘗試烘個巧克力蛋糕，但是卻看到了這個檸檬牛油蛋糕的食譜，感覺好像蠻不錯，於是就先試著烘了這一個。

Well, the ‘end product’ wasn’t really that success. Though the texture seems to be quite nice, but in fact, it is not sweet enough, outer layer is too ‘crispy’, no lemon taste at all, is really a fail product. =.= Seems like I need more ‘practices’ to make it perfect. haha.

嗯，這次的成品其實還真的算是蠻失敗。雖然看起來裡邊的濕度和軟度都不錯，但是咬下去後就知道差太多了：味道不夠甜，外層變成太脆了，裡邊也沒有什麼檸檬香味，真的蠻失敗。=.= 看來還要再試多幾次才能拿捏到它的技巧。

      哈哈，謝謝哦，不過這種能看不能吃的失敗作品不能拿出來，否則會讓人食物中毒，哈哈哈。。。
