America’s New Year Cake
Happy Chinese New Year 2011!
2nd February 2011, Wednesday. To celebrate CNY here, I made a cheese cake using my leftover American cheese that I bought.
Surprisingly this time the cake is really nice. Love the American cheese taste. So far the best cake I’d made. My next challenge will be Chocolate Cake. 🙂

二月二日,星期三。為了慶祝農曆新年,今天我用了剩下的美國芝士片,做了一個芝士蛋糕,出奇的很好吃哦,濕度剛剛好,入口鬆軟,芝士味也很香。算是我在這裡做過最好吃的一次了。:P 覺得唯一不完美的就是蛋糕外層裂開了,有點不美了,哈哈。下次要挑戰巧克力蛋糕看看如何,嘻嘻。

haha, sure thing if you don’t mind. 😛 In fact, I remembered last time you did one actually softer even though it’s out from fridge. How come mine after put in fridge, it became harder? o.O And, any idea not to cause the cake cracked? 老師,多多指教,哈哈。

Thanks for the CNY call-up.. Sorry I totally missed out on ur updates.
Anyway, if you are going to keep baking cakes like that, you gonna have to bake a whole lot more when you are back penang. I believe there are loads of ppl that would be happily lining up to get a taste of it.
I gotta bring you to straits quay.. when you are back. my new favourite spot.. you can have fun with DSLR there too.. scenic encounter.
