客家小炒

13th August, Saturday. Been invited to a ‘taiwanese dinner party’. Haha, felt so surprise after I know the name of this dish: Ke Jia Xiao Chao (Hakka Dishes). Why? Haha, because it is a ‘legendary’ dish in this long long taiwanese drama: “Unique Flavor”.

八月十三日，星期六。有幸被邀請到人家家裡聚餐，還是台灣道地菜餚的一頓晚餐，真的非常榮幸。最驚喜的還是嚐到了這道特別的菜餚：客家小炒！為何？哈哈，因為這是一道很特別的台灣家常菜，特別在於我是從電視上學來的，就是這部紅遍一時的台灣電視劇：天下第一味。:)

This is the only drama that I’d watch until the end during my university time. Kind of ‘addicted’ to it that time. Almost everyday 6pm will appeared in front of the TV for the show. Miss those time, Haha. Anyway, I like the drama because it’s cooking related, and also it’s very funny. Those ‘act cute’, ‘super naive’, ‘owning ah ma’, different kinds of personality made the drama more ‘unique’. Haha..

這部電視劇算是我看電視以來，看得最多最長的電視劇了，總共有兩百多集。以前在大學讀書時，差不多每天六點正就會坐在客廳‘煲劇’。這部電視劇對我的吸引力其一，就是和煮菜有關係，第二就是裡面的角色都很有趣，有些是“白痴”，有些是“天真過頭”，有些則是“面帶慈祥，實力超強”的阿嫲，還有常常戴在口邊的“用心，關心，愛心，煮出：好味，趣味，人情味”讓整部片非常有看頭，至少也吸引了我耐心看完整套吧，哈哈。

Anyway, that was a great dinner with my taiwanese friends. Really had a great time there. Really wanna ‘steal’ some taiwanese local food recipe from them already. Haha.
總之，那天的晚餐真的很棒。至少多認識了幾個台灣人，也嘗了幾道台灣家常菜，實在贊。應該要乘機向他們偷師才對，我還想嚐嚐其他的台灣家常菜：筍絲蹄膀，紅燒獅子頭，豆乾肉絲，糖醋魚片，蔥燒排骨，金瓜米粉等等，哈哈哈，全部都是電視劇學來的。
