客家小炒
13th August, Saturday. Been invited to a ‘taiwanese dinner party’. Haha, felt so surprise after I know the name of this dish: Ke Jia Xiao Chao (Hakka Dishes). Why? Haha, because it is a ‘legendary’ dish in this long long taiwanese drama: “Unique Flavor”.
八月十三日,星期六。有幸被邀請到人家家裡聚餐,還是台灣道地菜餚的一頓晚餐,真的非常榮幸。最驚喜的還是嚐到了這道特別的菜餚:客家小炒!為何?哈哈,因為這是一道很特別的台灣家常菜,特別在於我是從電視上學來的,就是這部紅遍一時的台灣電視劇:天下第一味。:)
