Year 2011, 1st of January, Saturday. I faced my first failure in this new year.
Yup, what you see here is a failed product of mine: Mille Crêpe. T.T Was challenging myself to make a cake celebrating the new year, and I chose Mille Crêpe because I really like the layering texture and the taste of it. But I failed. Firstly, the custard was too sticky, not sweet at all. That was why after that I added raisins for sweetening. Secondly, the layering was too thick, not nice at all. >.< What a miserable failure. But I told myself I'll surely try until I success in this year! But before that I have to 'swallow' this cake into my stomach first. T.T
31st December 2010, Friday. Being the last day of year 2010, I joined my colleagues for the last dinner of the year in this special Korean Restaurant, Nak Won in Beaverton.

Been awhile didn’t put up something, so here comes my dinner for today: Angel Hair Pasta with creamy herb sauce, side dish: Coleslaw with raisins. 🙂 I really like the name of this pasta, Angel Hair. How nice. haha.
9th December 2010, Thursday. Tonight 8.55pm I purposely drive myself to Tanasbourne there to buy this crispy stuff, “Krispy Kreme”. Why? 1st, my colleague told me they’re giving 50% discount for all items after 9pm from Sunday to Thursday. 2nd, they said their donuts are the best!
十二月九日,星期四。今天晚上八時五十五分左右,我特地從家裡駕車出去買了這個東西:甜甜圈!為何?皆因我的同事極力推薦說他們的甜甜圈是最好吃的,而且每逢星期日到星期四晚上九點過後就會有半折,所以我就特地去試試咯。我一次過就買了一打,總共是$5.69,如果沒有半折的話,真的還蠻貴的咯!至於味道呢,我剛剛就先試了一個,原味的。老實說,真的出乎意料的好吃!簡直比那些大蘋果,JCO的好吃很多。哈哈,不過可能有點過分了,畢竟我只吃了一個。哈哈哈,由於已經飽了,所以其他的就唯有等明天早餐或午餐才能吃了,嘻嘻。
