Taiwanese Home Cook Dinner

9th March, Tuesday. Today, my Taiwanese colleague I.D suddenly invited me to his house for a dinner. I asked him why so sudden, and he said nothing, just a normal dinner. Well, of course I said OK, I wouldn’t want to miss the chance of tasting his wife’s home cook meal, heard that his wife is a good cook. 😉

三月九日，星期二。今天，我的台灣同事突然間問我要不要到他家吃飯。我就奇怪怎麼那麼突然啊？他說沒什麼啊，就平常那麼一頓晚餐，到他家去一起享用。他那麼有誠意，我當然也就答應了，而且聽說他老婆很會煮，就當然不放過這機會了。;)

After work, I directly went to his house. Played some XBox Kinect games while waiting for the meal. He’s really a gamer, having both Xbox and PS3, and a whole bunch of games from PS3 to Xbox. Besides that, pure movies collector. An external HDD of over 250Gb of downloaded HD movies, gonna copy some from him soon. 😛

放工過後，我就直接到他去。晚餐還沒準備好，就先玩著電動。他還真的是“專業”電動迷，從XBox到PS3，什麼遊戲都有。而且還收藏了很多的電影。下次要記得拿硬碟過去跟他拷貝一些電影來看了，哈哈。

Ok, the dinner is ready. One salad as starter, 4 dishes, and 1 soup. Really nice, awesome I should say. Exactly a Taiwanese local dishes, “Ma Po Spicy Taufu”, “Taiwan BBQ Beef”, “Snow Fish in Soy Sauce?” and “Three Cup Chicken?” (not sure of these 2 dishes translation) 😛 But they really taste good, made me miss the “Lu Rou Rice” in Taiwan. >.< 好了，晚餐終於出爐了！有撒拉做開胃，四菜一湯，真的很豐富，味道也都很好哦，很道地的台灣料理，有香辣的“麻婆豆腐”，“沙茶醬炒牛肉”，“三杯雞”，還有“烤鱈魚”！很道地風味，贊，讓我懷念起在台灣基隆吃過那碗香噴噴的簡單“魯肉飯”。

*Oh ya, after I came back, checked the facebook then only I know today is I.D’s birthday. Luckily still able to send him a wish before it’s over. 😛

對了，在我回家後，基於好奇就上面子書查一查，才知道原來今天是他的生日。生日蛋糕就沒啦，還好還來得及在最後給他一個簡單的生日祝福信息。:P
