Sliding on the snow with a board

3rd of April was a challenging day for me. Yea, I went to snowboarding @ Mount Hood with my Taiwan colleague. In fact, it was his wife that suggested to go there skiing, because she forgot how to ski after 3 years didn’t ski. Before the winter is over @ Mount Hood, she persuaded me to join them as well for a 3 times basic course. She took the ski course, but I took the snowboard course indeed. I felt snowboarding is more cool. 😛

Well, as a beginner, I expected it’ll be tough for me, and it was. Fell down, slipped, countlessly. But eventually I started to know how to control the balancing and not to fell easily. Now I can snowboarding down the ‘buttercup’ (the name for the first level snow trail for beginner) without falling down at all. 😉 Need to work more on maneuvers and turning. Anyway, snowboarding is really fun and exciting. Love it, though it is very exhausting, and pains all over the body after woke up on the next day. >.< Stay tune for my next experience on snowboarding. Meadows Ski areaThe snow is still fresh and soft, suitable for snowing"Parking area" for skis and snowboards

One day, CooKies received an assignment to make the best peanut butter in the world. Hence, he decided to runaway to this place: Hillsboro, OREGON in US, for an estimated of 365days to complete his assignment. There are a lot of tough nuts over there, but he believes that: "Tough nuts always make the best peanut butter!" :)

haha, maybe you’re right, it’s considered a “high risk” sport. You’re too ‘fragile’ for it. Even me also pain here and there after every snowboarding. >.<
