The Pizza, made in US…
24th of June, Friday. Been really long time didn’t cook / bake something special. It’s time already since today so free. 😛 I suddenly remembered there are cheeses in the fridge that I’d bought for over a month. Yea, going to make some Pizza this time. 😉 Last time when my Israel colleague came here, he taught me this: making pizza. Just because he said making pizza is so easy, hardly you can get wrong, so I made it. 😛
六月二十四日,星期五。想一想,好象很久没有什么“厨房特产”了,是时候要做些东西来试试看了。想起冰箱里还有些芝士买了很久还没有用到,是时候要拿来做披萨了!其实上次我那位从以色列来的同事,教了我如何做披萨后,我就很想试试看了,而且他还说很容易,不会弄错的,所以就决定做了。;)
Tada, here you go, a Pizza made in US, recipe and idea by an Israeli. Crunchy, tasty, but too thick. =.= I only managed to finish 2 pieces. I guess that’s the reason why he told me when making it to a pan, make it as thin as possible which I didn’t. So, after the dough rises, it’s too thick. After this first try, I guess I can say that making pizza isn’t hard, but it’s not that easy though to make a ultra thin crust style pizza, especially with cheese inside. hahaha, I bet most people will simply pick up the phone and call for pizza delivery. But actually making pizza is fun! 😉
出炉了!这就是用以色列的食谱和方法,却是在美国做的披萨。哈哈,味道不错,饼皮香脆,但是却厚了点。我只吃完两片就放弃了,决定收在冰箱当明天的早午晚餐吃,实在太饱了!整个制作过程还蛮好玩的,哈哈。经过这次的“第一次”后,觉得做披萨其实还不会难,觉得难的地方应该就是要如何才能把饼皮做得越薄,越脆,就越好吃,而且还要有芝士在里边,哈哈。应该大多数人就直接打电话叫披萨外卖了,不过自己做披萨还真的蛮好玩的!;)

hahaha, photoshop definitely would make it looks better, but I did’t use photoshop, I am too lazy for that, most of my photos I simply use Picasa to touch up a bit. 😛 Anyway, don’t think my ‘skill’ can satisfy your taste bud. haha.
